St. Croix Trading transmits inventory feeds by EDI, csv, or xls format to our vendors Monday through Friday daily at 2pm.

Please contact the retailer at which the item was purchased and inform them that your item was damaged during shipping.  They will contact us and we will arrange to have your damaged item replaced as quickly as possible.

St. Croix Trading Company has the capability to send/receive all EDI transmissions.  As an alternative, Purchase Orders may be transmitted by email in csv, xls or pdf format.
